Tough Shell just got tougher!

Our popular Tough Shell range of Bulkhead ceiling and wall lights has expanded to include the new and improved Tough Shell+ models. These attractive and efficient luminaires are extremely rugged, with an IK10 polycarbonate body that can withstand impacts of up to 20 joules, which is the equivalent of a 5kg weight dropped from 40cm. At IP66 these luminaires have high levels of protection from dust and moisture and are suitable for many outdoor or industrial applications.

Just like the standard Tough Shell Bulkheads, the Tough Shell+ has an aesthetically pleasing polycarbonate diffuser for an even light, with no unsightly visible hotspots. Each model features rear and side cable entries for flexible installation.

The Tough Shell+ offers 4000K Cool White colour temperature at 2400-2500 lumens for only 24W energy usage. Models are available in black or white, with emergency functionality, microwave sensors or both – perfect for industrial estates, car parks or residential gates and driveways.
